Mail Metering

Provide Mail Centers large commercial postage meter machines that are able to weigh, mark postage for payment to USPS, along with the associated software, maintenance, and rental contract for each mailing system. Due to the volume of mail processed at the Regional Offices and NPC, each office is required to always have a functional mailing system which includes ongoing maintenance and support for daily operations.USCB intends to acquire the meter machines on a lease-to-own basis, though options to ether strictly lease or purchase the meter machines outright will be considered. Other components of the system including the postage meter head, software, installation and maintenance will have a period of performance.The system must be compatible with United States Postal Service regulations.
