Magnetic resonance spectrometer

• The purpose of this acquisition is to procure an x-band continuous wave electron spin resonance spectrometer to support quantum-based sensing efforts within the Nanoscale Device Characterization Division in PML. The spectrometer allows for measuring the chemical and physical nature of atomic-scale defects in solid-state materials, especially those important for quantum sensing applications such as magnetometry. The procurements compliments and expands our existing electron spin resonance infrastructure to better suit our influx of characterization needs.
