Description
Construction Acquisition. Work consists of surface prep and painting exterior surfaces including the metal roof, gutters, downspouts, chimneys, wood trim surfaces, window and door frames, eaves, soffits, fasciae and cornices, removing loose and caked paint. Provide all necessary filling, caulking and puttying and incidental repairs required for satisfactory completion of the work. The front porch will also receive wood repairs and painting.
