Government Retirement and Benefits Software - Full Access Platform

NIST requires a commercial software that is web-based with capabilities to obtain data automatically from the National Finance Center (NFC) or any third party without agency intervention to accurately compute various complex estimates needed in assisting employees with their retirement decisions to include FERCCA. The purpose of the Retirement/Benefits software is to automatically calculate all types of Federal employee retirement benefits, provide retirement case management, auto-populate forms, and provide metrics and reports for employee profiles under CSRS, CSRS Offset, FERS, TSP, and Social Security Administration programs. This intuitive system would also allow employees to run their own retirement estimates, high-3 years of salary, and TSP withdrawals, benefiting all of the NIST staff, as well as alleviating the workload from the OHRM staff so they can focus on additional strategic and operational priorities.
