Evaluation and standardization of post-quantum cryptography (PQC)

The objective of this task is to provide support to NIST in the evaluation and standardization of post-quantum cryptography (PQC). That includes mathematical and cryptanalytical research in code-based and multivariate-based key encapsulation mechanisms and digital signatures, support for the management of PQC research seminars, and support for the development of a standard based on the Falcon algorithm selected during the NIST PQC Standardization process. The task also includes supporting the revision of the statistical test suite documented in NIST SP 800-22 and the associated updates to the corresponding test tool.
