To procure 12 months of Design and Development Service for NWS Dissemination Systems NOAA Weather Radio All Hazards Upgrade in advance of "copper" obsolescence in the telecommunication industry. This Acquisition continues upgrade of NOAA Weather Radio sites to wireless configurations. This contract provides engineering and technical support services for NWS dissemination systems design, development, equipment upgrades and network improvements.
