Decennial as a Service (D-X)

Provides the solutions for mobile, IT equipment and other IT services that will support the Decennial sites for field and data capture operations. The solution includes provisioning and kitting of smartphones, tablets, and IT equipment, cellular services, logistics, decommissioning, asset management, and other supporting services. The D-X GPMO is responsible for ensuring the business solution for devices and IT equipment is in place for the 2026 Test, the 2028 Census Dress Rehearsal, and full production systems ready for 2030 Census.
