Additional Work Requirement (AWR) for the annual subscription cost of data server access from the Regional Climate Centers(RCC). This data is used as the source of data for the NWS Climate Web Pages (NOWData) as well as the xmACIS data explorer used by NWS Field Offices. NRCC will also provide the annual update files for ThreadEx.
