This project will replace a 34-year-old, 1200 square foot 60’x20’ law enforcement annex building construction trailer with a new 2000 gross square foot two-story 30’x40’ law enforcement annex at the C&O Canal Hancock Maintenance Facility. It is poorly insulated, moldy, expensive to heat and cool, in very poor condition and should be replaced.
