Census Workplace Reservation

This contract is for the continuation of a reservation platform designed to create and manage workspace utilization and employee reservations at Census Bureau facilities. This reservation system is currently and must remain integrated with the existing Outlook Web Access (OWA) calendar which enables employees to:· Maps all ~4100 staff to their assigned workspace locations at Headquarters.· Reserve meeting and training rooms for in-person collaboration, classes, knowledge sharing, and official meetings.· Capture and report detailed metrics on building usage and tenant patterns. Integrate with and display an interactive facility map for employees to select and manage reservations and support services.This contract was descoped to the minimal essential features saving ~$1.55M annually.Without this contract, Census would be unable to efficiently manage seating assignments for employees and workspace utilization for the
