1. CatDV maintenance and support contract (12 months rolling priority email support) on all CatDV licenses, and all CatDV upgrades during this time; 25% of CatDV software total based on: PS x1 - PegasusServer software (no clients included), PC1 x7 - CatDV Pegasus Client (single user pack), WW5 x1, CatDV Web Client (5 floating licenses), PWNI x1, CatDV Pegasus Worker Node Installation (or Web Services API license for plug-ins) includes one process, PWNP x3, CatDV Pegasus Worker Node Additional Process up to 7 can be added per Worker Node Installation, AZ1 x1 - CatDV Archive Plug In License for Microsoft Azure, Data mover on the CatDV Server, PCT x1 - Project creation template.2. One-year of support on all existing Quantum Xcellis hardware/software installed at NOAA.3. Annual Service Level Agreement (SLA) on the systems installed as part of this action.
