Description
The objective of this effort is to obtain a comprehensive campus-wide fire suppression system condition assessment and compliance evaluation for all applicable facilities at NETC. The Contractor shall inspect, test, document, evaluate, and report on all existing fire suppression systems and associated components to determine: • Current operational condition • NFPA compliance status • System deficiencies • Immediate life-safety concerns Remaining service life • Repair versus replacement recommendations • Prioritized corrective actions • Estimated repair/replacement costs • Long-term modernization strategy The Contractor shall provide the Government with a complete deficiency and compliance matrix for each building.
