Next Gen BPO Steady State Task Order

Steady State Task Orders (SSTO) to be issued to the two (2) remaining BPO vendors under their multiple-award IDIQ contracts to continue performance of contact center support and back-office processing for the Non Servicing Functional Area to include Specialty Programs (SPS) [PSLF, TEPSLF, TPD & TEACH]. The SSTO will function as a bridge until BPO 2.0 is recompeted via GSA MAS and ATO and transition activities are completed. Anticipated POP is a one (1) year base plus two (2), 6-month options.
