The Park requests to have eight Roof Top Air Units Replaced - These Roof Top units have since 2007 been supplying Air Conditioning and heat for a three-story building that houses the park’s administrative offices (3rd Floor), and public areas on the 2nd and 1st floors. The Park has a need to have eight Carrier Roof Top Air Handler Units replaced, extensive duct work replaced, drainage piping reworked, support structure reworked, and lightning rods adjusted.
