Description
The Minute Man Visitor Center was constructed in 1975 and is the primary visitor service point for oriented the 960,000 annual visitors to the park. The visitor center is aging and requires the replacement of a number of building components and systems that are in service well beyond their planned service life. The building HVAC is non-functional, carpeting is soiled, bathroom finishes are poor, auditorium seating is threadbare and the building lacks the most basic accessibility requirements.
