LPO is seeking lead outside legal counsel to assist DOE in the evaluation and negotiation of such terms and conditions, and in the preparation of all documents to evidence such terms and conditions of underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and closing a loan in addition to various aspects of the Project described below. The Transaction Counsel must have extensive experience advising clients on commercial transactions involving banks and financial institutions supporting due diligence activities for manufacturing facilities projects for prospective financing.
