Litigation Support Services for Disaster Recovery Projects

The Forest Service requires support from individuals with experience with environmental analysis and litigation in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and provide leadership with associated analysis facilitate meetings ensure that analysis and administrative functions are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures review and draft documents and resolve complex NEPA and policy issues related to disaster recovery. The scale would include any National Forest that needs these services.
