Description
Process annuity retirement cases and non-annuity retirement cases in accordance with established procedures. Triage and proofread incoming mail related to annuity retirement cases to ensure accuracy and completeness. Sort match and distribute bi-weekly retirement output to the appropriate offices. Process Federal Erroneous Retirement Coverage Corrections Act (FERCCA) cases and Retirement Coverage Code (RCC) cases. Prepare and package outgoing mail related to retirement processing.
