Description
Scope includes two site projects Scope A is Replacement of the Crossing Greenhouse Roof. This is an emergency repair to replace an existing 20 year old heavily leaking greenhouse roof that is used for sugarcane research. Scope B is Replacement of the Photoperiod Rails. Scope is to replace the steel rails that the Photoperiod carts automatically ride on while moving in and out of the Photoperiod Greenhouse to provide optimum lighting for sugarcane growth. The sugarcane fertilizer is highly corrosive to the steel rails and require regular repairs. They are being replaced with FRP extrusions.
