Description
Program to enable accurate and proper documentation of MMA activities, ensure proper records disposition, and establish compliance with records management regulations issued by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) (Title 36, C.F.R., Chapter 12, Subchapter B). The GOAR will utilize the contract provider for efficient records management of documents to include Lease Correspondence, Adjudication, Company Qualifications, Financial and Bankruptcies, NEPA, Environmental Studies, Air quality, Geological and Geophysical Data, Fair Market Value Data, Field Determination Data, Well Evaluation Data, and Conservation and Data Management.
