Description
This project entails the rehabilitation of the maintenance parking area and water management features. Specific items of work include: 1. Removal of failed areas of the asphalt, sub-base, and sub-grade. 2. Install a 2" asphalt overlay on the existing Maintenance parking lot. 3. Remove damaged drainage from the parking area. 4. Realign and install new drainage into maintenance parking area. 5. Construct curb and gutter sections in front of maintenance buildings and around vegetation areas.
