Description
This project rehabilitates the Cleaveland Avenue Cave Tour Route. The existing dirt trail will be replaced with durable surfaces, including reducing all trail grades to less than 4 percent, replacing handrails, installing lint guards, removing and reconstructing deteriorated concrete steps, and installing new trail gates. Lighting along the trail will be upgraded. These measures will enhance accessibility along more of the existing trail. Work will also rehabilitate the associated cave entrance.
