CUGA Replace Visitor Center Mechanical System

Design and install a new energy efficient heating and cooling system to replace the antiquated system that is currently being used. Current system components have been in use since 1959. For example the heating supply and return lines these lines should be taken out of service and blocked off due to leakage under the buildings concrete foundation. New designed system should be configured to allow for proper heating and cooling of the entire structure and should be energy efficient.
