The Webster Dam Spillway is part of the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program. Webster Dam is located approximately 8 miles west of Stockton, in Rooks County, Kansas. The spillway radial gates were constructed 1956 and are over 60 years old and have corrosion from exposure to the elements. Due this corrosion, the existing coatings need to be removed, and a new coating applied. The work under this requirement includes the rehabilitation of the metalwork coatings for three (3) spillway radial gates and gallery located at the Webster Dam Spillway. Work includes the removal of the existing coating system (including handling and disposal), sealing crevasses between structural members, application of new coating system, replacement of bottom and side gate seals, and wire rope and components replacement.
