To guide strategic planning NAVVCB seeks to solicit a contractor to develop a framework to create a prioritized list of pathogens and countermeasures and will assist in the following objectives 1) develop a scientifically informed pathogen and countermeasures prioritization framework for the NAVVCB 2) develop a process that will allow re-evaluation of pathogen prioritization based on changes in quantitative measures 3) organize and facilitate a multisectoral prioritization forum at which the pathogen prioritization framework is applied 4) preparation of a detailed final report
