The firm shall provide all services as stipulated in this Task Order for Construction of Elevated Service and Storage Platforms at the USDA ARS National Bio and Agro Defense Facility (NBAF) to meet current ARS Standards (including ARS 242.1M) and to meet research and operational needs as detailed below.
