The Milk Shippers system is an on-line web-Base Programs/No Initiatived system, which allows electronic submission of IMS rating and check rating forms directly through the Internet.Base Programs/No Initiative ProgramsThe system allows the Interstate Milk Shippers Report (2359i), the Interstate Milk Shipper Check Rating Report (2359h), and the Single Service Certification forms (2359d) to be processed and submitted by the State Rating Officer (or Consultant in case of foreign single-service sources) and FDA Regional Milk Specialists.Base Programs/No Initiative ProgramsThe 2359i's are submitted electronically to the FDA Regional Milk Specialist, who reviews the forms and submits them to the CFSAN IMS administrator for review and if correct, for immediate publishing on the IMS list through the Internet.
