This is a non personal services contract to provide Intelligent Transportation Systems ITS Infrastructure Standards Development Maintenance and Related Activities for the Federal Highway Administration FHWA ITS Joint Program Office. The ITS Standards Program has been legislatively directed and tasked to work with Standards Development Organizations SDOs to develop nonproprietary standards to enable the integration of ITS technologies and enable a seamless transportation system.
