Description
Our Instron E3000 electrodynamic load frame is aging (more than 10 years old). Hardware is beginning to malfunction and fail, necessitating costly and lengthy repairs. Repair parts are difficult to source, if they are available at all. Together, this makes the machine difficult to support and service by the manufacturer, and difficult to rely on for FDA researchers. The manufacturer offers a retrofit upgrade which modernizes the load frame system. This will restore the reliability of the load frame system, and ensure it can be serviced and repaired for years to come.
