FEMA R5 Training Room AV Refresh

This requirement will be solicited on NASA SEWP as a WOSB set-aside. Replacement of aged audio-visual components some of which are at end of support and end of life from manufacturers. The scope of this project includes the purchase of AV equipment, labor costs for installation – incorporating travel and any other costs associated with labor – programming, and the maintenance services for the equipment, with manufacturer’s warranty support. The goal is the use of proven AV/IT digital technology and FEMA AV standards to build out FEMA Region 5 Training Rooms.
