Critical Housing Deferred Maintenance - Lowman

This project remodels 6 housing units on the Lowman District of the Boise National Forest. Work includes replacing windows water heaters furnaces washer dryers and repairing flooring drywall and tile and creating a making one bunkhouse accessible. The REQ was created and solicited prior to the RPT requirement in IAS. The REQ is being amended to add funding to match the contractor bid but that amendment now requires an RPT ID.
