The purpose of this modification is to amend Task Order No. 75FCMC23F0001, issued under MIDS IDIQ Contract No. 75FCMC18D0019, entitled "Hospital Quality Initiatives Public Reporting Support (HQI PRS)", to incorporate the following changes: Modify Option Period 3 (OP3) — SLIN 0005AA, OP3 Base Tasks Modify Option Period 4 (OP4) — SLIN 0006AA, OP4 Base Tasks This modification provides additional funding and expands the scope of work under the above-referenced SLINs to support the display of Ambulatory Surgical Center Quality Reporting (ASCQR) program data on the Care Compare website.
