Description
This contract action is for the construction phase to rehabilitate the fire protection system in the dormitory building. A Title II design development task order was recently issued to Anderson Halles Architects with a period of performance of 8/7/25 thru 4/29/26. As it stands, this project will not make the FY26 contract deadlines and will likely need to be submitted in FY27, but the AAP is being submitted just in case the design is expedited.
