P0417 OMAO MOC-PI Facility Repairs: Design-Build Contract to complete facility repairs at MOC-PI. The DB project includes design and repairs to dockside electrical utilities at Pier F9 and/or F10, and design and repairs to the Building 184 warehouse/administrative building. The repairs are required prior to the arrival of NOAA's new state-of-the-art research vessel, the Oceanographer.
