Description
Annual barge service to Kalaupapa. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure Annual Barge Services at Kalaupapa National Historic Park (“Kalaupapa NHP”)(“KALA”). The Contractor shall furnish once-annually round-trip barge services from Honolulu, Island of Oahu, HI (“Honolulu, HI”) to Kalaupapa NHP, Island of Molokai, HI with return services back to Honolulu, HI.
