Description
The Government requires perimeter fence improvements and upgrades, including all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, installation, testing, and related appurtenances necessary to meet or exceed the performance requirements identified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The perimeter security system shall comply with applicable federal physical security requirements, including Executive Order 14111, Interagency Security Committee (ISC) requirements for the physical security of federal facilities, applicable ASTM F2656 impact-resistance standards, and DHS SAFETY Act Designation, Certification, or other DHS-issued SAFETY Act coverage acceptable to the Government. The requirement includes perimeter fencing with anti-climb, anti-scale, anti-cut, and anti-crash capabilities, as well as all associated gates, posts, rails, foundations, anchoring systems, hardware, locking mechanisms, access-control interfaces, and related appurtenances necessary to provide a complete and operational perimeter security solution.
