Description
The objective of this engagement is to provide premium white-glove virtual receptionist and concierge communication services to a designated GSA Senior Leader. The Provider will act as a seamless extension of GSA’s brand ensuring high-level professionals VIPs and stakeholders receive elite accurate and timely assistance. Unanswered calls to the designated leadership’s phone will automatically be routed to concierge agents for answering and providing assistance to the caller.
