Description
This project will replace nine Pine Island Maintenance Yard membrane roofing systems beyond their useful lifecycle and prepare and paint exteriors. All flashing, blocking, decking, sheathing, soffit bug screens, and appurtenances will be replaced. Gutters and downspouts, soffits and fascia, and drip edge will be replaced and painted. Exterior finishes will be pressure washed with minor instances of patching to prepare for one coat of primer and two coats of paint.
