Renovation work includes the replacement of existing restrooms, showers, and the laundry facility with ABA-compliant features, low-flow fixtures, and full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades by contracted labor. The Conference Room will be updated with new cabinetry and flooring; IT upgrades will complement renovations. Appliances, countertops, cabinets, and flooring will be replaced in the Breakroom. Interior walls will receive a fresh coat of paint. Screened porch replaced.
