EVER Cyclic Replacement of Floor Coverings & Paint Interiors in Administrative Facilities Pine Island

This project will replace carpet, tile, and laminate floor tiles and paint interiors in administrative facilities in the Pine Island District. Buildings include Park Headquarters, Maintenance Office, the Daniel Beard Center, and the Bill Robertson Center. Existing flooring will be removed, and new material will be installed in-kind. An aesthetic upgrade, more importantly, replaced floor coverings provide a barrier that can be cleaned and sanitized to prevent bacteria and virus spread.
