Description
This project will rehabilitate the Wet and Dry Laboratories in the Daniel Beard [Science and Research] Center. Work will include reconfiguration to create a larger work area for the Wet Lab and will upgrade all interior finishes including new ceilings and flooring, cabinets, lab tables with sinks, and replacement of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The electrical closet will be replaced to house upgraded service and distribution components.
