Description
This project will rehabilitate Quarters Two on Garden Key to restore the condemned housing unit to habitable condition. Work will address structural deficiencies, building systems, life-safety, and code compliance. Restoring this unit is essential to increase on-island housing capacity for NPS staff, support future rehabilitation of contractor housing, and enable execution of critical infrastructure and preservation projects at the park.
