Description
This project is to rehabilitate and repair the only comfort station located at Elliott Key. The EK comfort station is in poor unsafe condition. The roof leaks, the walls are being held together by the vinyl and baseboards, and the foundation is cracking. The interior of this building needs to be completely gutted by removing all wall and floor tile, partitions, urinals, toilets, showers, and fixtures.
