Description
US Wildland Fire Service, Big Cypress National Preserve requests invasive‑species treatment services to survey and treat Melaleuca across roughly 1,987 acres of remote, roadless terrain within the Sandy Loop BAR project area. Post‑fire assessments show scattered infestations requiring treatment methods capable of reaching vegetation throughout diverse natural communities. All treatment work, spatial data collection, and daily reporting will occur under the monitoring of the Contracting Officer’s Representative and in support of Burned Area Rehabilitation objectives and DOI Wildland Fire Management priorities.
