Description
Contract will support evaluations of a variety of IHS Programs in partnership with IHS Program and DPER staff, and in some cases, may involve working with grantees. Evaluations are expected to focus on the processes, outputs, outcomes and impacts over the short-/medium-/long-term. This may include developing logic models, evaluation plans, updating data collection instruments, collecting/analyzing data, providing statistical support, supporting the development OMB/privacy packages, or providing awardee technical assistance.
