The Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) program is a critical initiative for the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) to establish effective staff processes and develop tangible solutions to achieve and maintain a shared understanding across the command. This is accomplished by integrating people processes and technology to facilitate the exchange of operationally relevant information and expertise to enable timely decision support for the Commander and achieve decision superiority.
