Description
Development and implementation of a Working Capital Fund (WCF) Improvement Project (WIP). This project is an initiative to transform the Department of Transportation (DOT) WCF for optimal efficiency, transparency, and customer value. The deliverable goal of the WIP is to reinforce areas of the WCF’s strengths while leveraging government-wide best practices and emerging technologies to establish the DOT WCF as the preeminent revolving fund in the Federal government.
