WASO RecFee Replace Lincoln Reflecting Pool Expansion Joints Phase 2

Approximately 1 mile of expansion joints will be replaced. Work will include: removing all existing joint gland and spacer material, remove all bulk adhesive from the sides of the joints, sandblasting and scarifying the joints, and install the new joint glands, spacer material, and adhesive. Once the joints have been replaced, the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool should be able to reliably retain water for 3 to 5 years before similar work will need to be comleted
