USPP - 17541 - USPP Anti-Scale Fencing

The US Park Police has a requirement for a BPA type contract (base year and 4 option years) for a contractor to deploy, install, and remove anti-scale fencing for outside perimeter security, crowd control, and/or to protect NPS property, monuments, and/or statues from irreparable damage during rallies, demonstrations, or protests. Examples of NPS property where anti-scale fencing may need to be deployed by the USPP include Dupont Circle, Columbus Circle, etc.
