Description

The primary scope of this contract is to update, revise, and develop National US&R Response System functional training course materials as specified in the Statement of Work, To maximize training efficiency and reduce instructor-led training time devoted to material that can be effectively learned through independent study, the contractor shall develop or update a computer-based training (CBT) module for each course developed or revised under this task order. The contractor is required to revise, and update curriculum of three training courses as specified in the task order. The contractor will be tasked to work with assigned US&R National Response System SMEs to develop one course design document that outlines the recommended changes and updates to the course curriculum. The assigned SMEs will have a primary role in revising subject material and provide same to the contractor. The COR will coordinate the revised curriculum review and suggestions with appropriate working groups. Upon completion of the review, the COR will provide final approval to the contractor. The contractor will assume primary responsibility for configuration management of all newly revised curriculum models. The contractor is required to develop one National US&R Response System functional training course to US&R specifications. The contractor shall ensure all course materials, computer-based training modules, lesson plans, student manuals, practical exercises, and evaluation instruments comply with applicable NFPA standards; FEMA US&R Program requirements; FEMA National Qualification System guidance; NIMS/ICS doctrine; applicable OSHA regulations; relevant ANSI and ASTM standards; manufacturer specifications; Section 508 accessibility requirements; and current best practices.
